Every message is read and answered personally. Whether it concerns your wardrobe, your account, or something we have not yet thought of, we would like to hear it.

Photograph your pieces within the app, or add them from your camera roll. The Sort recognises each item and places it where it belongs. Begin with the pieces you reach for most, the rest will follow.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your iPhone, select your name, then select Subscriptions, and choose The Sort. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Entirely. Your wardrobe is yours alone; we do not sell your data, and nothing you add is shared without your instruction. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Write to getintouch@theminimalsort.com from your registered email address, and we will remove your account and all associated data. You may also delete your account within the app under Settings.

Tell us at tech@theminimalsort.com, with a note of your device and what you were doing at the time. We treat these messages with priority.
